摘要: A device that permits combining high impedance semiconducting IR detectors with low superconducting electronics will have significant benefits for sensor systems. We report an improved hybrid three-terminal transimpedance amplifier current gain. The TIA consists of a semiconductor diode configured injection electrons into thin base electrode (less than 25 nm) superconductor-insulator-superconductor junction, whose response is read out by superconductive electronics. achieved input dynamic greater 10 exp 11 Ohms, output approximately micro-Ohms, gain 20 and effective noise less -14 A/sq rt Hz. operated the in test bed extrinsic silicon detector analog-to-digital converter.
