摘要: Summary What is known and objective Cytochrome P450 1A2 (CYP1A2), CYP2B6 inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) are involved in the metabolism action of many important therapeutic drugs, genetic variants have been associated with interethnic differences response to treatment, including chemotherapy. Methods Eight hundred forty-two unrelated Chinese healthy subjects (323 Tibetan, 134 Mongolian, 162 Uygur 223 Han) were recruited for genotyping. Frequencies CYP1A2 -163C>A, 516G>T iNOS -954G>C determined by polymerase chain reaction–restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) methods. Results discussion The frequency CYP1A2-163A was higher Mongolian (0·698) than Tibetan (0·633), (0·633) Han populations (0·608, P Caucasians (0·286) > (0·200). The variant iNOS-954C rare (0·005), (0·004), (0·000) (0·007), respectively, but showed frequencies African ethnic groups. order Africans (0·098) (0·004) (0·000). What new conclusion This first report distribution functional CYP1A2, genes among mainland populations. These results should help inform studies disease susceptibility or drug responses.
