摘要: Graphene-Fe3O4 (G-Fe3O4) composites were prepared with a solvothermal method for the immobilization of horseradish peroxidase (HRP) to construct mediator-free H2O2 biosensor. The morphology and structure G-Fe3O4 analyzed by TEM, SEM, XRD. Chitosan (CH) was utilized disperse composites, mixture CH, HRP spin-coated on an indium tin oxide (ITO) electrode form biocomposites film. Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) cyclic voltammograms (CV) demonstrated fast electron transfer process between electrode. resulted biosensor exhibited rapid response upon addition H2O2, high sensitivity 132 µA mM−1 cm−2 low detection limit 6×10−7 M. linear range is from 5×10−6 3.81×10−3 M (r=0.997). Such interesting easy preparation cost can provide novel matrix enzyme biosensors higher performance.
