摘要: -Stamens of Berberis thunbergii respond to a tactile stimulus by snapping toward the stigma. When filaments are stimulated ("tripped"), anthers that strike an object (e.g., glass cover slip or floral visitor) deposit some sticky pollen is held together viscin threads. stamens were experimentally, 53% total was deposited on first trip, and 20% second, resulting in pattern diminishing proportional removal. Pollen removal bees resulted similar pattern. However, small Andrenids) tripped fewer per visit than large (i.e., Bombus spp.). Our results do not support either "numerical" "proportional" patterns Harder Thomson (1989) but conform model proposed (1990) for plant/pollinator associations where there high variance number pollinator visits.
