摘要: In the present study, modification of a polysulfone hollow fiber membrane with in situ molecularly imprinted sol-gel process (as novel and one-step method) was prepared investigated. 3-(propylmethacrylate)trimethoxysilane (3PMTMOS) as an inorganic precursor used for preparation sol-gel. The modified (MSHM) liquid-phase microextraction (LPME) hippuric acid (HA) human plasma urine samples. MSHM selective, robust, durable tool at least 50 extractions without significant decrease extraction efficiency. non-molecularly (NSHM) blank by same process, only HA. To achieve best condition, influential parameters on efficiency were thoroughly capability this green, simple method HA successfully accomplished LC/MS/MS. limits detection (LOD) quantification (LOQ) samples 0.3 1.0nmolL(-1), respectively. standard calibration curves obtained within concentration range 1-2000nmolL(-1) urine. coefficients determination (r(2)) ≥0.998. data exhibited recoveries higher than 89%
