摘要: A focus on preserving socioemotional wealth may influence entrepreneurial activities in family firms. In this paper, we identify the emotion of empathy CEO as an antecedent creation. We argue that presence one or more external directors can have a direct well moderating relationship between CEO's and salience to CEO. Our empirical tests confirm these hypotheses. Several areas future research are suggested incorporate other emotions business studies.
