摘要: An ideal combination of both system planning and process control can greatly reduce cost maximize economic environmental benefits associated with marine oily wastewater treatment. If appropriate is not implemented during the procedure, there might be potential lost because traditional tends to more conservative less risk-taking. However, such integration oftentimes complicated by many factors as multi-scale nature decisions, lack knowledge dynamics control, various types uncertainties.
