摘要: This article presents value of autocorrelation analysis in vehicle gearbox fault diagnosis. Autocorrelation algorithm is a mathematical tool for finding repetitive patterns, such as the presence periodic signal which has been buried under noise or identifying missing fundamental frequency implied by its harmonic frequencies. The paper intends to apply detection an artificial pitting defect at different operation conditions. test stand equipped with three dynamometers; input dynamometer serves internal combustion engine, output dynamometers introduce load on flanges joint shafts. manufactured one tooth side fifth speed pinion shaft. procedures are illustrated experimental vibration data real gearbox. results show effectiveness and diagnosis gear condition operating
