An oncologic is defined as any acute event in a that develops directly or indirectly from tumor and threatens patient's life. Oncologic emergencies divided into metabolic, haematologic structural emergencies. In this article, we address main thoracic complications patients cancer, which imaging tests play an essential role their diagnosis.
