摘要: Abstract When cellulase [1,4-(1,3;1,4)-β- d -glucan 4-glucanohydrolase, EC 3.2.1.4] was exposed to air-liquid interface and subjected shear, a significant deactivation observed. The due the interfacial effect combined with shear found be far more severe extensive than that alone. Both increased concentration, addition of surfactant (Zonyl or Triton) reduced degree deactivation. By using sufficient can prevented, stabilized its use prolonged. ratio surface excess bulk protein is significantly when enzyme concentration increased. stabilizing attributed reduction in cellulase.
