摘要: Abstract The disintegration efficiencies of microalgal Parachlorella kessleri cells by ultrasonication (US) and high pressure homogenization (HPH) treatments were investigated. applied procedures included individual US, HPH, or combined US followed HPH treatments. test concentrations cell suspensions 1% 10% dry matter. microstructures analyzed using scanning electron microscopy, light microscopy scattering techniques. Extraction was characterized the ionic, Zi, carbohydrate, Zc, protein, Zp, pigment (dyes), Zd, extraction indexes. Application treatment (1% matter, 400 W, 30 min) gave Zi ≈ 0.10, Zc ≈ 0.45, Zp ≈ 0.16, application 400 bar, 4 passes) Zc ≈ 0.20, Zp ≈ 0.11. In both cases, efficiency can be arranged as follows: Zi
