摘要: The reactive wetting behavior in molten aluminum and Al alloy was investigated by the sessile drop method for three alumina-silicon carbide composites, namely TC, TQ, MC. initial contact angle all refractory substrates obtuse spite of a gradual decrease with time first hour experiment. TC showed higher than TQ difference properties among these refractories is attributed to their compositional microstructural variations. effects magnesium on kinetics reaction are also discussed.
