摘要: Solid phase microextraction find increasing applications in the sample preparation step before chromatographic determination of analytes samples with a complex composition. These techniques allow for integrating several operations, such as collection, extraction, analyte enrichment above detection limit given measuring instrument and isolation from matrix. In this work information about novel methodological instrumental solutions relation to different variants solid extraction techniques, solid-phase (SPME), stir bar sorptive (SBSE) magnetic (MSPE) is presented, including practical these critical discussion their advantages disadvantages. The proposed fulfill requirements resulting concept sustainable development, specifically implementation green chemistry principles analytical laboratories. Therefore, particular attention was paid description possible uses novel, selective stationary phases inter alia, polymeric ionic liquids, carbon nanotubes, silica- carbon-based sorbents. solutions, together properly matched sampling devices collecting varying matrix composition, enable us reduce number errors during prior analysis well negative impact on natural environment health laboratory employees.
