摘要: Tremella fuciformis is an edible and medicinal white jelly mushroom. It has a life cycle that interacts with its companion fungus Annulohypoxylon stygium, both in natural conditions artificial cultivation. RNA sequencing (RNA-Seq) was used to study the interaction between T. A. stygium by constructing 5 libraries, including individual mycelium (1), after (2), dual mycelia (3), (4), (5). 33.4 G data 46,871 Unigenes were generated from de novo splicing. For identification of differentially expressed genes (DEGs) related interaction, we analyzed expression DEGs1-vs-2 ∩ DEGs1-vs-3, DEGs5-vs-4 DEGs5-vs-3. DEGs5-vs-3 showed 614 DEGs 1537 DEGs, respectively. The for GO annotation assigned biology process, cell composition, molecular functions. match KEGG database. In fuciformis, pathways are primarily enriched various amino acids metabolism, pentose glucuronate interconversions. biosynthesis secondary metabolites, antibiotics, starch sucrose metabolism. patterns determined qRT-PCR consistent those obtained RNA-Seq, thus validating reliability our RNA-Seq data. Future studies functions these interesting will be helpful understand mechanisms which stygium. This also provide reference other research on interacting microorganisms.
