摘要: CD69, a member of the natural killer cell gene complex family signal transducing receptors, represents one earliest activation antigens in human and murine lymphocytes. In contrast, monocytes may express CD69 constitutive fashion. We have evaluated expression function bone marrow-derived macrophages. as determined by flow cytometry was not but induced stimulation with interferon-gamma (IFN-gamma) plus bacterial lipopolysaccharide (LPS) or tumor necrosis factor (TNF-alpha). Stimulation LPS alone equally effective. Infection protozoan parasite Leishmania did induce nor influence up-regulation IFN-gamma LPS. Induction significantly inhibited presence prostaglandin E2 dibutyryl-cAMP. macrophages anti-CD69 monoclonal antibody both nitric oxide production TNF-alpha release. Moreover, Leishmania-infected resulted elimination intracellular parasite. These results suggest that is an antigen for serve signaling receptor yet uncharacterized ligand.
