摘要: Chaos of streamlines steady Beltrami-type flows leads to formation liquid stochastic web. Structural properties the web are inherited by fluid particles. Their dynamics is intermittent. There two origins intermittency: trappings and flights. These effects result in anomalous diffusion. We consider random walks on multifractals Levy flight type discuss differences scaling spatial temporal averages. This reflects different fractal time evolution, space which it occurs.
