摘要: Camels have cultural value in the Arab society and are considered one of most important animals Arabian Peninsula arid environments, due to distinct characteristics their meat milk. Moreover, there is a great interest camel racing beauty shows. Therefore, treatment elite animals, increasing number camels as well genetic improvement an essential demand. Because unique for milk production, meat, or racing, need propagate genetically superior urgent. Recent biotechnological approaches such stem cells hold promise biomedical research, engineering, model studying early mammalian developmental biology. Establishment lines from would tremendously facilitate regenerative medicine camels, permit gene targeting genome generation modified animal be mean conservation breeds. In this mini-review, we show current future horizons potential applications cells.
