摘要: Abstract YBCO wires which consist of well oriented plate-like fine grains are fabricated using a moving furnace to achieve higher mechanical strength. Melt-texturing experiments have been undertaken on with two different compositions: YBa1.5Cu2.9O7−x, and YBa1.8Cu3.0O7−x. Wires extruded from mixture precursor powders (formed by coprecipitation process) then textured firing in furnace. Size secondary phases such as barium cuprate copper oxide, overall composition the sample affect orientation grains. At zero magnetic field, YBa1.5Cu2.9O7−x wire shows highest critical current density 1450 A cm−2 8770 at 77 K 4.2 K, respectively. 1 T, densities 30 200 cm−2, respectively, obtained K. Magnetisation curves also for one evaluate Bean model. Analysis microstructure indicates that starting green body significantly affects achievement grain alignment via melt-texturing processes.
