摘要: To prevent the rupturing, by expansion of water upon freezing, a water-freezing ice-storing reservoir and at same time release warmer air after producing freezing into ice, interior is surrounded duplex wall structure or anti-freeze barrier highly insulating material, such as expanded polystyrene plastic known commercially styrofoam, in form slabs spaced inward from tank compression springs so that inner body within frozen entering through multiple pipes outside atmosphere winter while outer adjacent but thereof protected effect slabs. At time, extending its internal permitted to escape offset staggered interstices between individual prevented circuitous path which escaping forced follow. The upper end provided with ports passes space above level then an outlet conduit. secured ceiling, whereas divided tiers slabs, each tier being held together tie members, endless metal bands, weights buoyancy yet permit float unit can force way outward upward unfrozen atmosphere.
