摘要: We investigate the nonlinear vibration of microbeams based on elastic foundation through modified couple stress theory. The equivalent linearization method with a weighted averaging is used to solve approximately ordinary differential equation that describes motion microbeam. effects length scale parameter, flexural rigidity ratio, slenderness Winkler Pasternak parameter and microbeam are studied discussed.
