摘要: Purpose – The main objective of this study is to understand the behavior ecological consumers and their intention purchase organic food. aims determine factors influencing consumer towards food. Design/methodology/approach – method used for data collection was a face‐to‐face interview, using structured questionnaire, with closed‐ended questions. In total, 463 respondents participated in survey. It decided use various multivariate analyses like multiple regressions, factor analysis cluster large sample size. Findings – results indicate that health, availability education from demographic positively influence consumer's attitude buying Overall satisfaction food more than inorganic but level varies due different factors. Practical implications – This suggests retailers can develop effective marketing program strategies positively. They emphasize health benefits quality make these products easily available attract buy food. Originality/value – provides valuable insight into regarding by examining consumers' food, within Indian context. lessons also be replicated other countries foods.
