摘要: Polycomb group proteins regulate chromatin structure and have an important regulatory role on gene expression in various cell types. Two polycomb complexes (Polycomb repressive complex 1 (PRC1) 2 (PRC2)) been identified mammalian cells. Both PRC1 PRC2 compact chromatin, also catalyze histone modifications. mediates monoubiquitination of H2A, whereas catalyzes methylation H3 lysine 27. These alterations histones can lead to altered patterns by regulating structure. Numerous studies highlighted the catalytic component enhancer zeste homolog (EZH2) neoplastic development progression, EZH2 mutations malignancies. Through modulating critical genes, is actively involved fundamental cellular processes such as cycle proliferation, differentiation apoptosis. In addition cancer cells, has a decisive function T effector this review we summarize recent progress regarding human malignancies, highlight molecular mechanisms which aberrations promote pathogenesis cancer, discuss anti-tumor effects targeting via activating direct anti-cancer immunity.
