摘要: An automatic wiper control system for a vehicle window determines the presence of rainfall based on vibrations. During driving cycle, controller measures vibrations with an accelerometer attached to window. The calculates psycho-acoustic metric measured vibrations, wherein can be comprised Articulation Index, Sharpness, or Roughness. calculated is compared threshold indicative rain impacting activated according result comparison.
