Sub-Poissonian shot noise in CoFeB/MgO/CoFeB-based magnetic tunneling junctions

摘要: We measured the shot noise in CoFeB/MgO/CoFeB-based magnetic tunneling junctions with a high magnetoresistance ratio (over 200% at 3 K). Although Fano factor antiparallel configuration is close to unity, it observed be typically 0.91±0.01 parallel configuration. It indicates sub-Poissonian process of electron due relevance spin-dependent coherent transport low bias regime.
