摘要: The physiological role of vitamin D depends on calcium supply and balance. When the balance is normal, major target intestine. Vitamin stimulates mainly active intestinal transport mechanism. During a negative balance, bone effects become dominant. Thus, in maintaining normocalcemia appears to have priority over skeletal integrity these situations.
