摘要: Abstract Multi-soil-layering (MSL) system was developed as an attractive alternative to traditional land-based treatment techniques. Within MSL system, the environmental cleanup capability of soil is maximized, while microbial communities may also change during operation. This study aimed reveal nature biophysiological changes in systems The species diversity mixture blocks analyzed using Illumina HiSeq sequencing 16S rRNA gene. interactive effects operating factors on richness, community and bacteria abundance correlated with COD, N P removal were revealed through factorial analysis. results indicated main factors, aeration, bottom submersion amendment, had different significant responses. surface area porosity zeolites permeable layers decreased due absorption extracellular polymeric substances. findings applied for design building a full-size field satisfied efficiency achieved. this can help better understand mechanisms pollutant reduction within from insights. It will have important implications developing appropriate strategies high less risks.
