摘要: Despite considerable advances in the treatment of human inflammatory diseases, such as cardiovascular and neurological disorders, they remain leading cause death developed countries. From a clinical perspective, an active area investigation focuses on identification diagnostic prognostic biomarkers, because preventing events those at risk chronic disease is likely to have substantial impact overall public-health burden. The sex difference has not been considered previously important evaluation biomarkers twithstanding it now ascertained that severity these disorders correlated with hormones which modulate response. aim present brief review report comment state art regarding sex-related neurodegenerative focusing compounds showing potential prognosticand values, and/or acting indicators therapeutic efficacy.
