Neurotisation du plexus lombo-sacré, à l'aide de greffons nerveux périphériques de nerfs inter-costaux, chez le chien

摘要: A la difference du systeme nerveux peripherique, le central est un milieu peu propice a regeneration spontanee des axones apres section. L'utilisation peripherique ainsi une solutions therapeutiques envisagees dans but d'ameliorer cette regeneration. Notre etude propose l'utilisation d'un greffon constitue de nerfs intercostaux afin reinnerver racines motrices lombo-sacrees sur 8 chiens, lesion spinale experimentale. Aucune recuperation clinique n'a ete observee au terme mois protocole, toutefois les resultats electrophysiologiques et histologiques tendent prouver possibilite d'une neurotisation partir contenus vers muscles cibles. Ces valident d'utiliser chez mammiferes grande taille d'obtenir grandes distances ; technique pourra servir base ou etre associee d'autres methodes pour se obtenir fonctionnelle complete spinale.
