摘要: Delivery of real-time centimetre-level positioning accuracy using GNSS in remote and rural parts Australia is crucial to the widespread adoption long term productivity precise farming. Presently only 9% country served by network kinematic (NRTK) services, leaving remaining users either build, operate maintain their own ad-hoc system or continue working without gains benefits can provide. To overcome significant barriers that emerge a vast sparsely populated like Australia, an alternative mode required associated augmentation message must be made uniformly consistently available. One potential solution utilise satellite-based communications infrastructure such as Japanese Quasi-Zenith Satellite System (QZSS) deliver across Australia. This paper describes collaborative project between Japan aiming at evaluating demonstrating key attributes QZSS system, particular L-band Experimental (LEX) L6 signal tractors guidance on Australian farming land. Precise Point Positioning (PPP) corrections were transmitted via signal. Their solutions compared with NRTK evaluated terms time convergence. Finally, capability demonstrated through navigational delivered PPP operation robotic tractor for
