摘要: Bilateral superior altitudinal hemianopia is an uncommon clinical presentation of ischemic stroke. We report a patient who had stroke with pure bilateral resulting from ischemia in the optic radiation. This symptom was first overlooked and delusion suspected. A thorough examination essential to avoid any misdiagnosis or overlook correct treatment.
