摘要: Purpose: Potential treatments using autologous thrombocyte growth factors are an important reason to improve methods for isolating platelet-rich plasma (PRP). Two extracting PRP directly by the surgeon currently available; this study was conducted compare factor levels in resulting PRP. Materials and Methods: Whole blood drawn from 46 healthy donors (17 men, 29 women) aged 20 59 years (29.9 ± 7.8). then separated each sample both PCCS (3i) Curasan (PRP Kit, Curasan) methods. Results: The content differed significantly TGF- 1 (PCCS 467.1 ng/mL; 79.7 ng/mL) (sign test P < .0001) PDGF-AB 251.8 314.1 (P .0001); less significant IGF-I 91.0 69.5 .02). higher platelet count 2,232,500/µL; 1,140,500/µL) seemed correlate with a level of (Spearman’s correlation coefficient, r S = 0.7), whereas leukocyte 15,300/µL; 33,150/µL) had only minor (r 0.46). Discussion: end product has total investigated. Nevertheless, biologic effect evaluated remains unknown. amount necessary achieve intended effects still unclear. Conclusion: contains high concentrations. Precise predictions based on counts whole or appeared limited. There different sources fators (platelets, leukocytes, plasma).
