Endoscopic approach to the treatment of subperiosteal orbital abscess

摘要: The treatment of orbital complications nasosinusal processes has seen numerous modifications. Traditionally, cases with purulent collections were treated by external drainage. Currently, the introduction new optical systems allows such to be approached from within nasal cavity. We report a case 3-year-old girl subperiosteal abscess secondary ethmoiditis, which was cured minimally aggressive endoscopic management and medical treatment.
