2-Chlorodeoxyadenosine treatment of low-grade lymphomas.

摘要: PURPOSEBecause of the need to identify effective new agents in treatment non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and because high activity purine analog 2-chlorodeoxyadenosine (2-CdA) against chronic lymphocytic leukemia hairy cell leukemia, a phase II trial 2-CdA was initiated patients with low-grade lymphomas.PATIENTS AND METHODSForty lymphomas including diffuse small lymphocytic, follicular small-cleaved, mixed histologies were enrolled onto study. Conventional therapies had failed all patients, six lymph node biopsies showing evidence histologic evolution higher-grade lymphoma. A total 107 courses administered. There 27 males 13 females.
