摘要: A nonlinear control system integrating an off-line optimizer and a model-based controller is developed to perform optimal grade transition operations in continuous pilot plant reactor. simple black-box model used determine trajectories of inputs outputs for series three polypropylene grades. The simplified also develop controller. This similar generic control; however, the integral action omitted on-line updating scheme incorporated update pre-specified parameters using delayed process measurements. time inputs, which are calculated by optimizer, introduced feedforward manner. At same time, deviations from output corrected feedback simulations on complex mechanistic reveal that performs well both set point tracking disturbance rejection. paper integrates well-known methodologies, such as generic-model algorithm, parameter schemes, optimization, together applicable robust technique polymerization reactors.
