摘要: Lymphatic vessels in primary tumor tissue play an important role lymphatic metastasis. metastasis of malignant neoplasms is significantly related to prognosis, influencing both recurrence and survival. The aim this study was investigate the correlation intra-tumoral vessel density (iLVD) peri-tumoral (pLVD) with biological behavior prognostic parameters pancreatic carcinoma (PC) other tumors. Lymphangiogenesis examined using D2-40 monoclonal antibody 33 cases PC, 7 neuroendocrine tumors pancreas (NETP), solid pseudopapillary (SPTP) 3 cystadenomas (CP). Positively-stained microvessels were counted at magnification ×400 dense vascular foci (hotspots). LVD PC compared relationships among LVD, extent differentiation, invasion, lymph node clinicopathological analyzed. There no difference iLVD NETP, SPTP CP. pLVD NETP markedly higher than that CP, but there between associated invasion metastasis, whereas it not age, gender, size, location peri-pancreatic invasion. correlated these parameters. marked Detection greater importance detecting tumors, as can be utilized for prediction thus aiding evaluation patient prognosis.
