摘要: In the present study we investigated serum replacing and enhancing activities of erythrocyte lysates, obtained from different animal species, on growth murine mastocytoma cells normal granulocyte/macrophage precursor (CFU-C) in bone marrow. The soft agar technique for cloning hemopoietic vitro was used to quantitate these culture. Rat, rabbit, guinea pig, mouse sheep hemolysates were tested their capacity replace or enhance as a promoter. All except able efficiently when cloned. On other hand, only rat hemolysate proved be efficient CFU-C. Since increasing concentration medium did not change results, differences activity are unlikely reflect quantitative variations.
