摘要: Abstract The nature of the energy requirement for irreversible adsorption phages T1 and phi80 was studied by using various specific inhibitors mutants lacking either Ca2+, Mg2+-adenosine triphosphatase or ability to produce cytochromes in absence added 5-aminolaevulinic acid. It found that could be energized both through electron transport chain from adenosine 5'-triphosphate via triphosphatase, indicating involvement membrane state. These results discovery adsorb reversibly isolated tonA gene product are discussed terms possible functions expressed tonB region relationship iron transport.
