摘要: Detailed comparison of the sequences 16S rRNA (Burggraf et al., 1997) and 23S (Ludwig Schleifer, 1994) shows that all prokaryotic microorganisms belong to two superkingdoms, bacteria archaea (Woese Fox, 1977; Woese 1990). The hyperthermophiles, with an optimum growth temperature Topt ≥ 80°C (Stetter, 1996a), phylogenetically distant groups. Most them have optimal at 105°C, but are unable grow below 60°C. Their upper border for is 110°C (Pyrodictium; Methanopyrus) 113°C (Pyrolobus). In both archaeal bacterial domain, hyperthermophiles occupy shortest deepest branches phylogenetic tree, suggesting common ancestor life was a hyperthermophile 1996a).
