摘要: Abstract Roles of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and sex steroids in regulating the expression mRNA species encoding α-, βA- βBsubunits inhibin were studied cultured granulosa cells from immature rat ovaries. Inhibin subunit mRNAs detected by Northern blot analysis total RNA extracted cell monolayers which had been incubated for 48 h serum-free medium containing FSH (100 ng/ml) and/or a steroid (10−6 M): estradiol (E), testosterone (T) or 5ct-dihydrotestosterone (DHT).
