摘要: Abstract Integrated crop-livestock (ICL) system that include livestock grazing of crop residue and/or cover crops is an agricultural practice manage and on a single farm. can provide opportunities to restore ecological services interactions among different land-use systems enhance ecosystems’ efficiency. These help nutrient cycling, soil health, protect the environment. This study was conducted at four locations understand synergistic effect ICL health by keeping native grasslands as reference. Data showed significantly increased cold-water soluble carbon (CWC) 44.2, 126.2, 94.8% than control (CNT) treatment sites 1, 2, 4, respectively. At site 2 hot-water (HWC) 265, 104% higher compared CNT, The total phospholipid fatty acid (PLFA) abundance 95.4 25.5% under CNT 3 dehydrogenase, fluorescein diacetate, urease, β-glucosidase activity all locations. type (C) input (easily mineralizable organic matter), substrate availability (labile C nitrogen), enzyme activities, suitable environment or ecology have been found be major influencing factors determine shifts in bacterial community structure composition soil. research finds clear correlation between microbial communities, health. It provides viable option for restoring natural ecosystem achieving food security.
