摘要: Recent developments in modeling the interaction of thermodynamics and kinetics during microsegregation formation multicomponent alloys are reported. A model accounting for solid state back diffusion, dendrite arm coarsening, tip undercooling, eutectic undercooling thermodynamic correction interface concentrations is presented. By coupling solution diffusion equation liquid phases with thermochemistry library ChemApp, phase equilibria at solid-liquid calculated each time step. Using an activity based method identifying multiphase metastable extensions stability range phases, a thermodynamically consistent implementation systems achieved. The equipped user-friendly that allows setting parameters interactively presents results (solute distribution, fractions, secondary spacing) pertinent way.
