摘要: The effects of arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungal species and strains on seedling growth uptake nutrients were determined for Casuarina equisetifolia under nursery conditions. Seedlings C. inoculated individually with four each Acaulospora scrobiculata Glomus aggregatum in two soil types (alfisol vertisol). Seedling height, root collar diameter, nodulation, dry weights, nutrient contents, efficiencies, inoculation effect (MIE), quality at harvest. different AM invariably had significantly higher plant growth, parameters measured. Nevertheless, the response was seedlings G. compared to those A. scrobiculata. as measured by MIE affected types. These results suggest importance selecting a specific strain suited type forest nurseries production high-quality seedlings.
