摘要: Large of food waste can be one indicator nutritional deficiencies in patients. This lack nutrition is a factor that increase morbidity, length stay and cost care. The acceptance the taste patients with low-salt diets often problem. study aimed to assess effect appearance foods on diets. was cross-sectional design observational methods. Data collection from interview using questionnaire. conducted at Jasa Kartini (JK) Hospital, Tasikmalaya August-October 2017. Subjects (n=30) were diet. JK Hospital according respondents, value quite varied, generally above median scale 1-3. average still PGRS (Nutritional Guideline for Hospital) standard 2013, which 26%. Based analysis between variables, there significant relationship (p=0.002) (p=0.000) significantly affect diet
