Analysis of the Roles and Responsibilities of Rehabilitation Nursing Staff

摘要: This article describes a study whose purpose was to identify the roles and responsibilities of rehabilitation nursing staff members, specifically registered nurses nurse extenders, or technicians. The members kept work diaries, listing each activity time spent on that activity. Results indicated majority nurses' focused either direct indirect patient care. technicians' care; however, technicians evening shifts significantly more in care unit maintenance than did their day-shift counterparts. Data analysis 33% evening-shift 36% unaccounted for diaries. As result this study, authors recommend review job description Furthermore, results need development education so they can expand responsibilities.
