摘要: The seagrass Posidonia oceanica plays a multifunctional role in the coastal area as an important and productive component of ecosystems Mediterranean Sea. We detected by RAPD analysis with two arbitrary primers genetic differences P. collected from several sites Southern Mediterranean. By AMOVA we observed level about 20% difference among individuals within population 80% populations. A common band 200 bp was found all amplified samples. Cloning sequencing this revealed presence simple tandem repeat sequence (minisatellite) that called PoTR (Posidonia repeat). Finally, ability to detect variability genome demonstrated amplification products different lengths utilizing internal sequence.
