摘要: DURING the past 15 years, we have become increasingly aware of importance arrhythmias associated with sinus node dysfunction as a cause cardiac and neurological symptoms. These currently afflict more than 100,000 Americans, group constitute most common indication for permanent pacemaker implantation. The objectives this review are (1) to discuss pathogenesis pathophysiology dysfunction, (2) provide clinical, electrocardiographic, electrophysiological basis their diagnosis, (3) principles management, including use electrophysiology laboratory.
