摘要: Membrane application in food and dairyindustry faces an important issue of membranefouling by proteins. cleaning hasimportant economic environmental implica-tions for the overall performance membraneprocess. Previous studies have revealed thatsome components fouling layer are easy toremove rinsing while other componentsrequire specific strategies. However, studies on membrane procedure arelimited literature information itsindustrial particularly anddiary scarce. Building our pre-vious research capacity characterizing foulingphenomena protein containing solutions [1]which includes flux monitoring, SEM imaging, deposited identificationusing matrix assisted laser desorption ionization-mass spectrometry (MALDI-MS) technique [2]and Lowry method [3] total amountmeasurement, this study aims firstly to investi-gate efficiency four types typicalcleaning agents proteinaceous deposits onmembranes fouled binary mixtureand sweet whey powder solution which containsproteins, lactose, salt minerals secondlyto removal kinetics duringcleaning process order optimize clean-ing provide forcleaning modeling prediction.
