摘要: Perovskite BiFeO3 nanocatalyst electrodes for electrochemical water oxidation were fabricated using mineralizing agents, such as potassium hydroxide (KOH) and sodium (NaOH) to produce two different kinds of morphologies, nanocubes nanorods by hydrothermal method. Pure-phase, good-quality rhombohedral produced NaOH was revealed X-ray powder diffraction (XRD). Five intrinsic phonon vibration modes [Eg(1)+Ag(1)+Ag(2)+Ag(3)+Ag(4)] nanostructures confirmed Raman spectra. The optical properties both investigated photoluminescence (PL) UV-vis diffuse reflection spectra (UV-vis DRS). bandgap estimated Tauc plot 2.88 2.94 eV. role a agent that strongly influenced the morphology scanning electron microscope (SEM) images synthesized KOH NaOH. Electrochemical cyclic voltammogram (CV) study exhibited higher specific capacitance 156 F/g at 10 mV/s scan rate possessed catalytic activity observed current density 1.77 mA/g from linear sweep (LSV) ionic mobility conductivity with smaller Tafel slope value 229 mV/dec. stability reported 4 h 99% activity.
