摘要: AbstractThe sorption behavior of copper ions Cu2+ from aqueous solution on calcium phosphate DCPD was studied in static conditions, using batch experiments. The reaction process has shown the occurrence two major steps. During first interaction minutes, a rapid occurred and led to removal over 70% by diffusion at solid–solute interface. In second step, equilibrium reached slowly after 300–400 min reaction. Using surface kinetic modeling, experimental data found follow pseudo-first-order model, which suggests predominance chemisorption-type process, corresponding cation-exchange between Ca2+ present structure. isotherm study well fit with Sips parameters indicating single layer mechanism maximum retention capacity 309 mg/g when low concentrations reactants.
