摘要: Abstract. A novel microwave-based approach for monitoring the state of aftertreatment systems such as diesel particulate filters (DPFs), three-way catalytic converters (TWCs), and selective reduction (SCR) catalysts is proposed. The volume inside metallic housing DPF, TWC, or SCR considered a wireless communication channel between two terminals system. It shown that, depending on transmission characteristics, properties catalyst, catalyst state, can be inferred. This done by means an ultra-wideband (UWB) measurement subsequent evaluation processing waveform in time frequency domains.
